DR users may access the Laboratory outside normal working hours and during the week-end upon authorization of the Research Division Head and, in case of experimental activity, of the LNF Director. The request procedure differs depending on the access type:
- STUDY (researchers, technologists): by e-mail of the person concerned;
- WORK (technicians, administrative personnel): by e-mail of his/her Service/Experiment Head;
- EXPERIMENTAL ACTIVITY: by filling the access request form.
The regulations about access outside working hours are under the responsibility of the LNF Directorate.
