PC purchases on catalogue

Online catalogues available to INFN personnel 

for the purchase of desktops, notebooks and accessories:

• TEST POINT Catalogue (“Windows” PC desktops, notebooks and accessories): LOTTO 1 e 2:

Employees and associates will be able to access the catalogue – as Punto di Consultazione (PC) – using their INFN-AAI credentials.

• CONVERGE Catalogue (Apple desktops, macbook and accessories): THE CONTRACT IS CLOSED
  

Mandatory when filling in the purchase request:

1. specify the account (preventivo) to be charged in the field named “Note” or “Fondo pagante”. Before submitting the purchase request you must ask the authorization of the account manager, who must check the availability of funds on the proper “capitolo”;
2. specify the email of  the “Punto Istruttore”. For the Research Division the reference persons (Punti Istruttori) are: Maria Cristina D’Amato (damato@lnf.infn.it) and Alessandra Tamborrino Orsini (atamborr@lnf.infn.it);
3. the purchase request of PCs for non-staff personnel must be done by the group leader. The name of the final user must be specified in the “note” field.
4. provide the reference person with the form “Modulo acquisto beni d’inventario” (PC/Monitors/Printers purchases), signed by the final user – if staff – or by the group leader.
