PC purchases on catalogue

Online catalogues available to INFN personnel 

for the purchase of desktops, notebooks and accessories:

 

 

• TEST POINT Catalogue (“Windows” PC desktops, notebooks and accessories): LOTTO 1 e 2:

Employees and associates will be able to access the catalogues – as Punto di Consultazione (PC) – using their INFN-AAI credentials.

 

 

Mandatory when filling in the purchase request:

• specify the account (preventivo) to be charged in the field “Fondo pagante”. Before submitting the purchase request you must ask the authorization of the group leader, who must check the availability of funds on the proper “capitolo”;

 

• select the “Punto Istruttore”. For the Research Division the reference persons (Punti Istruttori) are:
  – Maria Cristina D’Amato (damato@lnf.infn.it)  for the SERVICES of the Division
  – Laura Natoli (lnatoli@lnf.infn.it)  for CSN1 and CSN5 activities
  – Alessandra Tamborrino Orsini (atamborr@lnf.infn.it)  for CSN2, CSN3 and CSN4 activities
  n.b.: please, select the appropriate Punto istruttore;

 

• provide the “punto istruttore” with the form “Modulo acquisto beni d’inventario” (PC/Monitors/Printers), signed by the final user – if staff – or by the group leader.
