PC purchases on catalogue

Online catalogues available to INFN personnel  for the purchase of desktops, notebooks and accessories:

• TEST POINT Catalogue (“Windows” desktops, notebooks and accessories): LOTTO 2 IS CLOSED. LOTTO 1 IS RUNNING OUT

Mandatory when filling in the purchase request on the catalogues:

1. the account (preventivo) to be charged must be specified in the field named “Note” or “Note contabili”. Before submitting the purchase request you must have the authorization of the account manager;
2. specify the email of  your reference person for the purchase (punto istruttore). For the Research Division the reference persons (punti istruttori) are: Maria Cristina D’Amato (damato@lnf.infn.it) and Alessandra Tamborrino Orsini (atamborr@lnf.infn.it);
3. the purchase request of PCs for non-staff personnel must be done by the group leader. The name of the final user must be specified in the “note” field.
4. provide the reference person with the form “Modulo acquisto beni d’inventario” (PC/Monitors/Printers purchases), signed by the final user – if staff – or by the group leader.
