The Infrastructure Service for Computing and Networks manages the central computing resources and the network links inside and outside the National Laboratories of Frascati, taking care also of the installation and of the developing.
Particularly:
- manages the centralized computing resources and network connections inside and outside the Laboratories, overseeing their installation and development;
- manages the security of IT systems and data protection;
- provides user support for issues related to access to IT resources and the communication network;
- collaborates with the National Services and Disaster Recovery activities of INFN;
- coordinates with the Computing and Network Commission.
